In general, Frame orders are produced and shipped within 2-3 business days and often arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are generally produced and shipped in 3-4 business days arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping is available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. International orders typically arrive in 6-10 business days.

At Don Kerner Photography, our policy is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. Please inspect your art package at time of receipt and do accept any order that appears to be damaged during shipment.
There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
